High-speed, high-acceleration servo jumps at a maximum acceleration of 1.22 G (G: gravitational acceleration) realize high-precision transfer machining without flushing of the dielectric fluid.

Z-axis arranged on the axis line of a machining point and the double-column structure without overhangs realize high-response and high-precision machining without wasting the thrusts of the linear motors on all the axes.
