    Sodick linear motor drive features high-speed axis movement and positioning accuracy.  No mechanical contact realizes high respondence, long term stability and reliability. This linear motor realizes best performance by being combined with motion controller (K-SMC) that Sodick has cultivated for a long time.
  • Super high-speed automatic wire threading system
    A World class super high-speed automatic wire threading system "Super Jet AWT" is equipped with wire aneal function on top of exisiting pipe jet. Various threading mode is possible according to the necessities at working site.  "Close-clearance dies" is newly standard and machining accuracy has been improved in any wire EDMing.
  • Maintenance free
    High speed automatic threading system, wire bobbin 20kg and ejected wire cutting system are standard and automatic operation can be done.
